Our pasture raised rack of lamb is juicy and earthy, sourced from the whole rib section of the animal. We recommend seasoning with salt and pepper, than marinating for 30 minutes in garlic, parsley, olive oil, and rosemary. (red pepper flakes if you’re feeling spicy) Then roast in the oven at 450 for 20-25 minutes.
